I have been organizing conferences at AMA for several years. The team there is incredible organized and helpful. The rooms and equipment are always set up exactly to our expectations before we arrive. Meals/snacks are impeccably labeled for allergy needs as we specify. If any issues arise during the day – there is always a team member immediately available to assist us to cause no delay in our agenda. We will continue to use AMA for all our conferences because of the accommodations are great for all size meetings and the team is amazing to work with. We are filled with gratitude and joy as we reflect on the incredible three-day Chief AI Officer certification course hosted by the Copenhagen Compliance group at the AMA Executive Conference Center in Times Square. The facilities were absolutely wonderful, and the technical setup seamlessly connected online participants from four continents! We ran our annual advanced pediatric bronchoscopy course at the AMA Conference Center in NYC this past March. Ruben was a wonderful host, facilitating all pre-course planning, including but not limited to hotel reservations, catering and delivery of equipment. The space accommodated our needs, and then some. In addition to the lecture/hands-on rooms, the group had access to a networking/touchdown space where coffee, soda nd water were readily available. Ruben and his staff were attentive to our needs starting early in the morning before anyone arrived. I highly recommend AMA Conference Center for an event. We will be using this space hopefully for years to come.

The event went very smoothly, the room had all the A/V equipment built in and worked great, the food was super tasty and the space was perfect for what we needed. The team is very pleasant to work with in the booking phase, and the value for the space and catering is exceptional for the NYC area. The venue is clean, and the team is organized and super responsive for any day-of needs. There are beverages available in the main area, and an internal caterer for any meal needs. Food was left out on time, and was delicious. Again, this was a great experience all around, and I’ll definitely be keeping this space in mind for future needs.

I can’t recommend AMA highly enough! So many venues have not reopened post-COVID, so I was struggling to secure a suitable location for our yearly training event. My two day HR conference was held at AMA center earlier this week. The whole experience working with Ruben and his team was wonderful. We met several times ahead of the conference to discuss the details of this meeting and Ruben was very accommodating. He catered to all our needs. His IT team was also excellent and thanks to them I was able to have a hybrid conference with some people attending in person and some online. I will highly recommend this place for any type of meeting or training. Another big plus of AMA center was their location in Time Square. My attendees that came from all over US were so happy to be able to walk around Time Square during lunch break. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we will keep this place in mind for future conferences.

Lovely venue in the heart of new York city. It’s in walking distance of times square. I went here for a conference and found it to be the right venue for the event and easy to find as well.

Was here for training with Learning Tree. The anywhere experience was very satisfying. The class was actually being held in Ottawa but with the remote connection felt like I was there. Nice refreshments and breakfast served daily. Would definitely do it again.

Great info about Design Thinking. Building was nice, and the complimentary Continental breakfast was an added bonus.
