I have been organizing conferences at AMA for several years. The team there is incredible organized and helpful. The rooms and equipment are always set up exactly to our expectations before we arrive. Meals/snacks are impeccably labeled for allergy needs as we specify. If any issues arise during the day – there is always a team member immediately available to assist us to cause no delay in our agenda. We will continue to use AMA for all our conferences because of the accommodations are great for all size meetings and the team is amazing to work with. We ran our annual advanced pediatric bronchoscopy course at the AMA Conference Center in NYC this past March. Ruben was a wonderful host, facilitating all pre-course planning, including but not limited to hotel reservations, catering and delivery of equipment. The space accommodated our needs, and then some. In addition to the lecture/hands-on rooms, the group had access to a networking/touchdown space where coffee, soda nd water were readily available. Ruben and his staff were attentive to our needs starting early in the morning before anyone arrived. I highly recommend AMA Conference Center for an event. The event went very smoothly, the room had all the A/V equipment built in and worked great, the food was super tasty and the space was perfect for what we needed. My two day HR conference was held at AMA center earlier this week. The whole experience working with Ruben and his team was wonderful. We met several times ahead of the conference to discuss the details of this meeting and Ruben was very accommodating. He catered to all our needs. His IT team was also excellent and thanks to them I was able to have a hybrid conference with some people attending in person and some online. I will highly recommend this place for any type of meeting or training. Another big plus of AMA center was their location in Time Square. My attendees that came from all over US were so happy to be able to walk around Time Square during lunch break. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we will keep this place in mind for future conferences.
